Roles & Responsibilities
- To achieve targets for the designated Partner through effective sales strategies.
- Sales planning and training need analysis.
- Existing Channel partners management.
- To build & manage relationships with various channel partners to retain business.
- Job profile of BDM to provide those sales Support in his region and take business from Brokers/Corporate Agents.
- Leads received from the brokers, get visited once verified by sales team on the phone.
- Explain all the features and benefits of the plan before picking up any premium from the customers.
- A case gets logged in only after receiving a confirmation from the brokers.
- Responsible for issuance of the case.
Educational Qualification- Minimum Graduate
