- Build and own engagement metrics across browsing, watch behaviour, content completion, session depth, and re-engagement
- Analyze cross-surface user journeys and identify growth opportunities
- Partner with content, editorial, and product teams to drive data-backed decisions
- Design and evaluate A/B tests and growth experiments
- Create dashboards and actionable engagement reports
- Influence instrumentation and telemetry improvements in a complex multi-platform environment.
- Closely with Content Programming, Product Design, Search & Discovery, and UI/UX teams to improve watch time, engagement, and user retention across SVOD, AVOD, and live-linear TV experiences.
What we need?
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics, growth, engagement, or OTT/streaming analytics roles
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and product engagement
- Hands-on expertise in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Superset
- Experience working with content/editorial stakeholders
- Ability to convert insights into business decisions and communicate effectively with leadership
- Experience with recommendation systems or content discovery
- Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Understanding of Indias digital video ecosystem and viewer behaviour
- Knowledge of live TV engagement metrics
