The BA will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring high-quality requirement definition, functional clarity, and end-to-end traceability across the payment lifecycle
The role emphasizes AI-enabled insights, data-driven validation, domain-led quality assurance, and strong testing and sign-off governance
Strong hands-on exposure to PEP+ (Mainframe-based), CNS (Consolidated Server), and Payment Exchange platforms is mandatory
Strong domain expertise in: o Payment s lifecycle, STP processing, reconciliation o Wire Transfers, ACH, FX Knowledge of: o SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022 o AML, OFAC, KYC compliance Experience with: o PEP+ Mainframe (batch processing, reconciliation flows)
o CNS, Payment Exchange platforms Strong capability in: o Requirement gathering documentation o Data validation reconciliation o Defect triage issue resolution o Testing support and client sign-off coordination Excellent stakeholder communication
