Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) serves as the Product and Sales Support function, providing product expertise across various segments of Kotak Bank, including Consumer Banking, Commercial Banking, and Wholesale Banking divisions. The product suite includes POS, Soundbox, QR solutions, cash management (payments and collections), escrow services, dividend solutions, and trade finance services (covering import/export, funded and non-funded products, and forex remittances).

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst within the Product Support Team, who will drive data-driven decision-making by analysing business performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support growth and operational efficiency. Act as a bridge between business, product, and operations teams to translate requirements into structured solutions, ensuring effective execution and continuous process improvement.

Job Profile:

Product Support Team is expected to help internal as well as external customers in understanding, structuring & execution of Cash Management. This team will be supporting all the verticals under Consumer & Commercial Bank which includes Branch Banking, Privy, Wealth, TASC, Agri, WCG, ECG etc.

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all business and product MIS, including regular dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Collect, validate, and reconcile data from multiple stakeholders to ensure data integrity.
• Design dashboards and analytical reports to generate actionable insights for management.
• Analyze trends, identify anomalies, and highlight key risks and opportunities across business processes.
• Prepare analytical presentations for business reviews on regular internals
• Monitor channel-wise performance against planned targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders and channel partners.
• Plan and execute campaigns, contests, and R&R programs to enhance channel productivity and engagement.
• Manage and monitor lead management systems, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and tracking.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual intervention across reporting and operations.
• Ensure adherence to information security guidelines and quality process standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Personal

• Post Graduate with a very good English communication, CA preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel, advanced formulas and functions
• Experience in reporting, MIS and data analysis handling big data, using pivot tables and crunching numbers
• Proficiency in other MS office applications Word and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Power BI , Power Query, Python, VBA, SQL or other analytics tools and languages, will be an added advantage
• Education and experience required for this role is Graduate with 3-5 years of work experience;
• Willingness to learn with an attitude of continuous improvement
• Must be market savvy with good networking skills
• Must be analytical, practical with an aptitude for trouble-shooting.
