Job Description
We are looking for a skilled QA Lead with 5 to 10 years of experience in the IT sector to handle and drive software projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in manual business logic-based testing, knowledge of Selenium, Appium, scripting, and programming, as well as security testing tools.
Roles and Responsibility
- Analyze technical characteristics of equipment systems to ensure quality assurance.
- Evaluate written code to meet project specifications and develop quality assurance strategies.
- Organize phased testing with QA engineers and create test plans.
- Write and document test cases, review plans and cases, and identify requirements of test data.
- Test automation, execution, and maintain a log of defects and follow-ups.
- Report and summarize test results to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in the IT sector or industry handling software projects.
- At least 2 years of experience as a lead in managing software projects.
- Expertise in manual business logic-based testing and knowledge of Selenium, Appium, scripting, and programming.
- Experience with security testing tools and the ability to work in shifts (1st shift: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, 2nd shift: 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM, general shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
- No WFH or hybrid working provision is available.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
