Job Title: Business Analyst

Experience: 3-6 Years

Location: New Delhi (Bhikaji Cama Place)

Role & responsibilities

• Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clients, developers, testers, and management.
• Prepare reports, process documentation, BRDs, FRDs, and workflow diagrams.
• Perform requirement analysis and communicate findings effectively.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance and ensure timely completion.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
• Stay updated with latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of business process mapping and documentation.
• Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and reporting tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certification in Business Analysis (preferred but not mandatory).
