Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented professional who can convert data into actionable insights and support strategic decision-making across the business. This role will work closely with leadership to analyze costing, financial, operational, and business performance data, identify problem areas, diagnose root causes, and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency, profitability, and decision-making

Business Analytics & Decision Support

• Analyze large sets of costing, financial, commercial, and operational data to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Build structured analysis around business problem statements and provide actionable recommendations.
• Convert raw data into meaningful business insights for leadership review.

Strategic Problem Solving

• Partner with business leaders to understand operational/commercial challenges and develop data-backed solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for margin erosion, cost escalations, productivity gaps, inventory inefficiencies, or process bottlenecks.
• Develop scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and what-if models to support decision making.

Cross-functional Business Partnering

• Work with finance, supply chain, operations, sourcing, merchandising, planning, and commercial teams to gather data and drive insights.
• Challenge assumptions and bring a business lens to problem-solving.

Process Improvement

• Recommend automation, reporting simplification, and process improvements for better business visibility.

• Drive analytical frameworks for continuous performance improvement.
