Job Title: Japanese Language Communication Coordinator

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese English Bilingual to support project governance, coordination, and communication between Japanese and English-speaking stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project execution, compliance with standards, and effective cross-cultural collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a communication bridge between Japanese and English-speaking stakeholders.
- Support planning, execution, and tracking of the projects.
- Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare bilingual reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Prepare bilingual documentation including project plans, status reports, technical specifications and test reports including occasional creation of documents in English.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and action items across cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project KPIs and escalate risks or issues proactively.
- Maintain and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate risk management and issue resolution across teams.
Prerequisites:
- Qualification
- Candidate must be a graduate.
- The candidate must be fluent in communicating in both the languages, Japanese as well as English.
- JLPT N1 certification or equivalent Japanese proficiency
- Strong understanding of PMO processes, project governance, and documentation standards.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience
- 4-8 years of experience in PMO or project coordination roles.
- Other Skills
- PMP or Prince2 certification.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Prior experience in a PMO or project support role is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Any additional skills, certifications and knowledge are also welcome.
Base Location: The Job location shall be in Noida office in principle.

Responsible for the translation and integration of software, websites, and technical documents into the local language Analyses, designs, and develops an infrastructure that facilitates a common interface for globalization and localization requirements Performs and creates scripts, tools, and language-specific character encodings to support international languages Ensures accuracy and consistency in translations revisions of technical terms, terminology, and methodologies Maintains localization tools, including documentation and training/technical support for the localization process and recommends improvements as necessary Expertise in language localization tools (e.g., World Server translation memories , SDLX, Trados, etc.)
