Role & responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into clear, actionable requirements
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Evaluate current processes, identify gaps, and recommend optimized workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment and execution
- Work with technology teams to assess and validate solutions against business objectives
- Prepare and maintain key documents including BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, and dashboards
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach
- Proficiency in tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau
- Solid understanding of business processes, preferably in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing
- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution implementation
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities (BRDs, FRDs, SOPs)
