Role & responsibilities

  • Engage stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into clear, actionable requirements
  • Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Evaluate current processes, identify gaps, and recommend optimized workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment and execution
  • Work with technology teams to assess and validate solutions against business objectives
  • Prepare and maintain key documents including BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, and dashboards

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach
  • Proficiency in tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau
  • Solid understanding of business processes, preferably in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing
  • Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution implementation
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities (BRDs, FRDs, SOPs)
