Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in lateral hiring, niche hiring, and technology hiring.
- Strong understanding of the IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
