We are looking for an experienced professional for the role of Associate Manager Financial Reporting (US Finance).

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage R2R, O2C, and P2P processes including reconciliations
• Demonstrate comprehensive process expertise and contribute towards process improvement and optimization
• Handle month-end close activities such as accruals, deferrals, intercompany reconciliations, and related account analysis
• Work on forex transaction recording, reporting, and financial consolidation for group entities
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS standards and research complex accounting issues when required
• Prepare and oversee internal financial statements, flash reports, and flux analysis while ensuring accuracy and quality
• Implement and maintain reporting procedures to ensure compliance with internal control requirements and financial data integrity
• Coordinate, develop, and update financial reporting policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
• Prepare dashboards and support management with audit data and reporting requirements
• Strengthen internal controls and reporting processes
• Support audits and risk management initiatives
• Develop dashboards and provide data-driven insights for management

Requirements:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting/Finance
• Relevant experience in Financial Reporting / US Finance
• CA Inter / CA Semi-Qualified candidates only
• Candidates with US Finance exposure will be preferred
• Strong understanding of R2R, O2C, and P2P processes
• Excellent knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS standards
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
