Role & responsibilities
1. Complex Program Management
a. Manage multiple concurrent strategic projects with disciplined governance.
b. Build and track detailed project plans, budgets, and KPIs.
c. Own and drive end-to-end program management across multiple large-scale sites/geographies, cross-functional initiatives
d. Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics aligned with business goals
e. Ensure predictable delivery with strong governance, risk management, and reporting mechanisms
f. Lead program reviews, steering committees, and executive updates
2. Client Engagement
a. Act as a primary client-facing leader, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders
b. Translate client requirements into actionable program plans and execution strategies
c. Manage escalations, expectations, and ensure high client satisfaction
3. Operational Knowledge
a. Leverage prior operations experience to optimize processes, improve SLAs, and drive efficiency
b. Establish scalable delivery frameworks, KPIs, and continuous improvement practices
c. Manage resource planning, utilization, and financial performance (budgets, forecasting, margins)
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
a. Drive strong cross-functional collaboration across business, operations, technology, product, finance, and support teams to ensure seamless program execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
b. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define priorities, resolve dependencies, and enable effective decision-making across multiple workstreams and geographies.
c. Build collaborative governance frameworks and communication mechanisms that promote alignment, knowledge sharing, and efficient execution across functions.
d. Lead stakeholder discussions, workshops, and alignment sessions to drive consensus, manage competing priorities, and achieve program outcomes.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree required
- 15+ years of experience in program/project management
- PMP certification is preferred
