Job Description:

• The role will be responsible for leading and managing the travel nursing recruitment function, driving team performance, managing client requirements, and ensuring successful placements of qualified travel nurses for U.S. healthcare clients.
• We are looking for a high-quality resource with excellent communication skills and strong experience in U.S. healthcare travel nursing recruitment.

Experience:

• 8–12+ years in U.S. healthcare staffing, preferably in travel nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the travel nursing recruitment team.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Monitor team performance metrics such as submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare staffing and credentialing requirements.
