Roles and Responsibility - Manage and oversee all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary actions and proceedings.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex HR issues and conflicts.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee misconduct or policy violations.
- Prepare and present reports on employee performance and development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
