Designation: Assistant Manager

  • Own and drive the monthly social storytelling and publishing plan in collaboration with the social agency.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, visual language, and global guidelines.
  • Work closely with merchandising and marketing teams to prioritise product visibility and key drops.
  • Guide the agency on campaign ideas, content formats, and narrative building.
  • Build and nurture a strong, engaged community through consistent and meaningful storytelling.
  • Review and approve all social outputs, ensuring quality, consistency, and relevance.
  • Track performance and optimise content based on insights and engagement data.
  • Identify opportunities to drive growth, discovery, and cultural relevance through social media.

PR & communications (40% of the role requirement)

  • Support development and execution of PR strategy aligned to brand and business objectives.
  • Drive key PR moments and story angles to ensure consistent media visibility.
  • Identify and build monthly story angles to ensure a consistent flow of media coverage.
  • Work closely with PR agencies on press releases, media pitches, interviews, and media kits.
  • Support brand collaborations and partnerships with culturally relevant voices and platforms.
  • Stay connected with global teams to identify opportunities for localisation
  • Lead PR for key launches, campaigns, and brand moments.

  • Strong experience in PR and social media management, preferably within fashion/lifestyle.
  • Deep understanding of the media landscape, cultural trends, and digital ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and drive collaborations.
  • Strong creative judgment and storytelling ability.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
