Key Deliverables:
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely completion of each phase using tools like PERT charts, Gantt charts, and project management software.
- Approve vendors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with material standards and reliability.
- Oversee the construction of pods, ensuring adherence to design, quality standards, and budget.
- Track project expenses and provide updates to senior management, ensuring projects stay within budget.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits with the BD team to assess feasibility and evaluate pod construction sites.
- Review and finalize the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on architectural drawings.
- Supervise contractors and site engineers, ensuring efficient execution of tasks and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Supply Chain, BD, IT) to ensure smooth project execution.
