Role & responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping.
• Maintain purchase, sales, journal, and bank entries in accounting software.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and expense tracking reports.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledgers regularly.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banking partners.

Taxation & Compliance

• Handle GST working, reconciliation, return preparation, and vendor compliance tracking.
• Assist in TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing coordination.
• Maintain statutory records and financial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company procedures.

Vendor & Project Coordination

• Process vendor bills, payment tracking, and debit/credit note management.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for billing documentation.
• Monitor advances, reimbursements, and project-related expenses.
• Support contract documentation and payment certification processes.

Financial Controls

• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
• Support budgeting, audit preparation, and internal financial controls.
• Assist management in financial analysis and operational reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.

• 8 to 12 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, EPC, real estate, or project-based companies preferred.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and MIS reporting.
• Working knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
