Job Summary


We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps) and CRM systems, preferably within the airline or aviation domain. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions that enhance customer experience, optimize operations, and drive data-driven decision-making.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics, personalization, demand forecasting, and operational optimization in airline use cases.
  • Develop and integrate AI/ML solutions with CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce) to improve customer engagement and lifecycle management.
  • Build and customize applications using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline workflows and business processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate airline domain requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions.
  • Work with large datasets including customer, booking, loyalty, and operational data.
  • Deploy and monitor ML models in production environments ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Implement data pipelines and ensure data quality, governance, and security.
  • Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend innovations relevant to the airline industry.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 6–12 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Solid experience with CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and system integration.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the airline or aviation industry (e.g., revenue management, crew scheduling, customer experience, loyalty programs).
  • Familiarity with NLP, recommendation systems, or computer vision applications.
  • Experience with Azure AI/ML services and Dataverse.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in aviation.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Self-driven with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.

  • Experience with DevOps/MLOps practices.
