Job Summary
The ABM will oversee the pharmaceutical sales operations within the designated region. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in sales management, team handling, and distributor management. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, implement effective sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of regional sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee distributor management and ensure effective collaboration.
- Conduct regular visits to doctors and chemists to promote products and gather market insights.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Forecast sales and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-16 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of primary and secondary sales management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
