Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Application & Infrastructure Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery across application and infrastructure domains. The ideal candidate should be PMP certified and capable of independently managing project planning, execution, and delivery while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

• PMP Certification (Mandatory)
• Strong experience in Infrastructure Project Management
• Project Management Certifications (Scrum / PRINCE2 / PMP or equivalent)
• End-to-end project management experience (not coordination)

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
• Ensure proper allocation of infrastructure resources

Team Management

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance as needed

Budget & Resource Management

• Manage project budgets and ensure cost control
• Track resource utilization and optimize allocation

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
• Resolve issues proactively and escalate when required

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
• Provide regular project updates including risks, progress, and challenges

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct quality checks throughout the project lifecycle

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project documentation (plans, budgets, change requests, reports)
• Track milestones and provide status reports

Post-Project Evaluation

• Conduct project reviews and capture lessons learned
• Ensure successful project closure and operational readiness

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in end-to-end project management
• Strong experience in Application & Infrastructure projects
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
