About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Angular Technical Lead to join our dynamic product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing front-end applications using Angular. You will lead a team of developers, ensure best coding practices, and drive innovation to enhance our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead a team of front-end developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews.
• Front-end Development: Design and develop scalable, high-performance, and responsive web applications using Angular (latest versions).
• Architecture & Design: Define front-end architecture, UI/UX best practices, and ensure maintainable code structures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure optimal application performance, security, and scalability.
• Code Quality & Standards: Implement best coding practices, conduct regular code reviews, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Agile Development: Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, sprints, and sprint planning meetings.
• Technology Evaluation: Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and frameworks, recommending improvements as necessary.
• Testing & Debugging: Ensure comprehensive testing (unit, integration, and UI testing) to maintain application stability.

Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in Angular (Latest versions: Angular 12+ preferred) and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with RxJS, NgRx (or other state management libraries).
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of UI frameworks like Bootstrap, Material Design, or Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with Webpack, Angular CLI, and front-end build tools.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture, modular design, and best coding practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Jest).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior developers.
