The Analyst II/Sr Analyst - Finance will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the organization including financial responsibilities for CBS (India, Costa Rica, and Lithuania) related to the portfolio management function for Global Financial Shared Services (GFSS). This role involves assisting with the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of financial reports, as well as monitoring and managing risk and reporting for the customer account portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis including variance, trend, and ratio analysis
• Assist with preparation of financial reports ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with teams to develop forecasts and monitor actuals vs budget
• Build financial models, perform sensitivity analysis, and evaluate business initiatives
• Analyze cost structures to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Prepare monthly reporting on KPIs, trends, and risk metrics
• Ensure compliance with finance regulations and support audits
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Experience with data analytics/visualization tools (SQL, SAS, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
