About The Role
In the L&D Operations team, Analysts play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless training operations that empower our teams and drive organizational excellence. Your contributions will directly impact employee development and operational efficiency.
Role And Responsibilities (What You'll Do)
- Coordinate end-to-end training deployment, ensuring timely and effective delivery of learning programs.
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) operations, including course uploads, user access, and progress tracking.
- Schedule training sessions by managing calendar blocking and coordinating with trainers and trainees
- Oversee training venue logistics, ensuring all resources and facilities are prepared for in-person and virtual sessions.
- Liaise with vendors for training-related requirements, maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring service quality.
- Draft and distribute trainee communications, including emails and notifications, to ensure clarity and engagement.
- Address trainee queries promptly, providing accurate information and support throughout the training lifecycle.
- Generate and maintain training reports, tracking attendance, feedback, and outcomes for continuous improvement.
- Support consequence management processes by documenting and escalating issues as required.
Must-Have
Qualifications (What You'll Bring):
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for trainee engagement and query resolution.
- Attention to detail in reporting and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred
- Exposure to corporate training operations or HR processes.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in calendar management and logistics coordination.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
