Role & responsibilities
This position will be responsible for taking care of:
- PAN India Litigation including recovery of dues matters, by liaisoning with associated partners for safeguarding the company's interests and reputation
- Managing Compliance related with Labs operations
- IPR related Matters
Preferred candidate profile
- Deal with all matters related to Litigation, arbitration, court cases, running cases customer complaints/protection-related litigation, and coordinate with outside Counsel for the same. Periodically present status and prepare the control document.
- Business partner and Advisor to the company on all legal matters including commercial laws, IPR, medico-legal, labor and other relevant laws.
- Managing Cross-functional relations for gathering information on dispute Management including Litigation, Legal Notice, Customer/Consumer Complaints
- Formulate legal processes for the company including processes for managing trademark violations, issuing legal notices, and any other related areas.
- Providing professional and strategic advice to the senior management on legal-related matters.
- Good knowledge and experience in handling Consumer litigation, Recovery Suits, Civil Suits, Criminal cases, Arbitration, NCLT matter, recovery suits, and Complaints U/s 138 of the NI Act.
- Drafting of written statements, issuing and replying to statutory, demand, recovery and legal notices, counters, company petitions, complaints, etc.
- Managing Compliance related with Labs operations
