How you create impact Take the lead in monitoring and driving sales activities to achieve business targets. Proactively identify and nurture sales-qualified prospects, converting them into profitable and sustainable business opportunities. Conduct regular reviews of sales leads and customer portfolios with key stakeholders. Perform market research on pricing and product competitiveness, aligning closely with the pricing team. Act as a bridge between customers and Customer Care Locations (CCL), sharing feedback and supporting issue resolution. Lead onboarding and implementation of new customers, ensuring smooth operational handover and SOP alignment. Maintain and update customer information in internal systems accurately. Drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through high service quality in collaboration with CCL.
