About Us:

We are building an innovative AI-driven platform to help game developers optimize their user acquisition (UA) campaigns by identifying the best-performing ad creatives. Our mission is to revolutionize the gaming industry by providing actionable insights into the themes, elements, and narratives that drive performance.

We are looking for a talented and motivated AI Engineer to join our team and take the lead on developing and implementing cutting-edge AI models for creative analysis and performance prediction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to analyze video, image, and text-based creatives, extracting key elements, themes, and narratives.
• Build predictive models to correlate creative features with ad performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CPI).
• Leverage computer vision techniques to extract features from visual assets (e.g., CNNs, Vision Transformers).
• Utilize NLP models to analyze ad copy, identifying tone, sentiment, and key textual features.
• Collaborate with data engineers to preprocess data, ensure quality, and build scalable data pipelines.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and validate hypotheses about creative performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to design experiments and refine models based on real-world feedback.
• Implement explainable AI techniques (e.g., SHAP, LIME) to provide actionable insights into model outputs.
• Continuously optimize and fine-tune models to improve accuracy and scalability.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including computer vision and NLP techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Hands-on experience with feature extraction from visual and textual data.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques for performance correlation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with gaming or marketing datasets.
• Knowledge of ad performance metrics and UA campaign optimization.
• Familiarity with explainable AI tools like SHAP or LIME.
• Proficiency in working with large-scale datasets and distributed systems.
