Job title (AGM / DGM) (Max Saket)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To provide strong service partnership & business-aligned support.
  • To recruit & induct quality manpower.
  • To manage attrition & to retain talent with career plans for performers with potential.
  • To communicate & interface with the management and employees and maintain healthy employee relations. Overall Employee engagement including R&R initiatives.
  • Handling HR operation. Publishing periodic dashboards.
  • To ensure HR Statutory Compliances as per functional guidelines. And to ensure registration, credentialing, privileging, annual health checkups and vaccination.
  • To effectively handle disciplinary action process, ensure timely and accurate MIS & Reports and ensure smooth employee exit.
  • To identify training needs & to plan, develop & implement training initiatives, to enhance people capabilities
  • To implement sound Performance Management processes.
  • To carry out manpower planning and align the hiring initiatives with the business needs and performance.
  • Responsible for HR operations that includes Onboarding, Exit Management, MIS, overseeing payroll, F&F, Leave & attendance.
  • Handling audits, Internal & statutory audits. And to define processes & ensuring SOPs are followed.
  • Succession planning and performance management.
  • Assisting Learning & Development vertical and Employee Engagement.
  • Maintain various Dashboards and data analytics.
  • Employee exit management.

 

Experience & Qualifications

  • 12 to 15 years of relevant experience 
  • Healthcare is preferable
  • MBA (HR)/ PG Diploma in Human Resources.
