Key Responsibilities / KRAs
- Develop innovative client-specific marketing proposals and offerings for both existing and potential advertisers.
- Conceptualize state-level Special Initiatives aligned with market opportunities and revenue potential.
- Strategize deal renewal offerings for major clients and develop customized pitches for HNI and premium prospects.
- Design innovative concepts to onboard non-advertisers through unique campaigns and category-specific solutions.
- Develop monthly and occasion-based campaigns to attract small and medium advertisers during high-consumption periods and festive seasons.
- Prepare sales notes, pitch decks, and strategic inputs for units for key market days, festivals, and local opportunities.
- Work closely with sales teams across units to refine proposals and improve advertiser response.
- Identify new monetization opportunities by analyzing market trends, advertiser behavior, and competitor offerings.
- Drive state-level campaign planning and provide ideation support for large revenue-driving initiatives.
