About the Role: Incumbent will be responsible for driving Ad sales revenue pertaining to FMCG category by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Paytm's overall business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and finance to identify new revenue opportunities and grow our advertiser base.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth for Paytm's advertising business
  • Establish strong relationships with key advertisers and agencies, and leverage those relationships to grow the business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new revenue opportunities and ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform sales strategy and tactics
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to senior management

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in advertising sales specifically into CPG or FMCG segment, with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth
  • Experience in digital advertising
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform sales strategy and tactics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
