We are looking for a high-energy Account Executive / Business Development professional to drive new business growth across global markets (US, UK, Middle East, and Australia).

The role focuses on selling GIS services and geospatial solutions, building strong pipelines, and supporting end-to-end sales cycles across industries. The candidate will be responsible for expanding RMSIs global footprint through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.

Responsibilities :


1. New Business Development (Hunter Role)

  • Identify and target potential clients across global markets (US, UK, Middle East, Australia)
  • Generate and qualify new leads and opportunities
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned to revenue targets

2. Sales & Client Engagement

  • Engage with key stakeholders (CXOs, IT leaders, digital transformation heads)
  • Understand client challenges around technology, digital transformation, and business optimization
  • Position RMSIs IT Services, IT Solutions, and SaaS offerings effectively

3. Opportunity Management

  • Support the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, demos, and solution positioning
  • Assist in RFP/RFI responses and bid management

4. Market Intelligence & Industry Networking

  • Stay updated on global GIS, geospatial, and digital transformation trends
  • Track competitor activities and identify new business opportunities
  • Attend industry events, conferences, seminars, and networking forums to build strong client relationships and market presence

Skills & Qualification :

  • B.Tech + MBA with 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
  • Proven experience in GIS Services / Geospatial / Mapping Solution Sales
  • Experience working with international markets (US / UK / Middle East / Australia)

  • Strong understanding of:

a. GIS / spatial data concepts.

b. Geospatial analytics and mapping solutions


  • Proven ability in

a. Lead generation & pipeline building

b. Client engagement and consultative selling

c. Working in a global / international market-facing role


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a global/neutral accent
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
  • Must have a valid US visa.
