About Position:
We are looking for an experienced Accessibility & Web Test Automation Engineer to ensure applications meet accessibility standards and deliver high-quality user experiences. The role focuses on building robust automation frameworks while ensuring compliance with accessibility guidelines.

- Location: Pune / Bangalore / Noida
- Experience: 5 to 9 Years
- Job Type: Full Time Employment
What You'll Do:
- Drive accessibility and web automation testing initiatives across applications
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks
- Perform accessibility testing (WCAG compliance, a11y validation)
- Build and execute UI automation scripts using Playwright/Selenium
- Developing API Automation Test suits
- Identify, debug, and track defects
- Collaborate with development teams for defect resolution
- Ensure quality across multiple browsers and platforms
- Support AI-led automation initiatives
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong expertise in accessibility testing and automation frameworks
- Hands-on programming experience in Python/Java/JavaScript
- Experience in Playwright/Selenium for UI automation
- Strong understanding of API automation
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Exposure to AI-based testing tools (preferred: Codex, Cline)
- Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
