Our client, a leading real estate company, is seeking a Sourcer to join their team on a temporary basis.
About The Job:
- Source and pre‑qualify candidates for IT and technology roles
- Build talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill technical positions
- Partner with technical recruiters on sourcing strategy and priorities
- Conduct outreach and screening for active and passive candidates
- Track pipeline activity and market insights in ATS/CRM systems
About You:
- 3+ years of IT or technical sourcing experience
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets
- Advanced Boolean search and sourcing tools experience
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
About The Position:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST (West Coast hours)
- $22-$25/hour
