Dura-Line, an Orbia Business, is hiring for an HR People Specialist in our Salt Lake City, UT, facility (100% on-site).
As a People Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting all HR operations in a 24/7 larger manufacturing facility and ensuring a smooth employee experience from onboarding to payroll. This is a boots on the ground position that interacts with all staff consistently everyday. You will process the day-to-day administrative HR functions, assist with new hire processes, maintain employee data, and provide support in all People activities.
STARTING PAY: $30/HR and up, depending on Experience
The schedule for this role is typically Monday-Friday, 8-4:30 but will require flexibility to occasionally shift starting times earlier or later to support employee needs.

“The compensation for this position is typically $30/Hour. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
