• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
• Oversee grant accounting functions, including tracking, reporting, and compliance with donor and funding requirements
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor grant budgets and expenditures to ensure alignment with funding restrictions
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Support audit preparation and respond to auditor requests
• Maintain and improve accounting processes and internal controls
• Collaborate with program teams to ensure proper allocation and reporting of grant funds

Required Qualifications:

• Required experience using QuickBooks
• Required experience in nonprofit accounting
• Required experience with grant accounting and compliance
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit financial reporting
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
