Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Logistics Operations
• Prior experience in the BPO industry is preferred; familiarity with the petrochemical domain is a strong advantage

• Strong communication abilities, with a proven track record of engaging both internal and external stakeholders
• Deep expertise in handling following:

1. Outbound / Inbound Deliveries
2. Shipping documentation
3. Inventory management/ replenishment
4. Transportation Tracking
5. Shipping instructions
6. Audit Carrier Invoices
7. Returns
8. Vehicle scheduling
9. Routing Optimization
10. Solid understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics

• Advanced proficiency in SAP as end user - SAP SD, MM, FICO, S4 HANA , FIORI**
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Work Environment:

• Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts (APAC / EMEA / US)
• Required to be physically present in the office on all working days
