Position Title: Recruiter
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process and support overall recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct induction/orientation sessions for new joiners.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Manage employee queries related to recruitment and onboarding.
- Prepare and share recruitment-related reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with HR teams across locations to ensure seamless hiring operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: 23 years of experience in recruitment (HR operations experience is a plus).
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field (preferred).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.
- Strong English communication skills — verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.

- Salary Range: 22,000 – 25,000
