Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru South for a Tech Lead - Data Engineering at Carelon Global Solutions India. The role includes designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, optimizing data processes, and addressing and troubleshooting technical challenges. The Tech Lead will also mentor team members, ensure best practices in data engineering, and contribute to innovation and technical strategy in alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for identifying, assessing, and solving complex technical and operational challenges
• Exceptional Communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams
• Proficient in Troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Hands-on experience with Soldering and familiarity with Test Equipment is advantageous
• Demonstrated leadership experience and mentorship capabilities
• Proficiency in data engineering tools, technologies, and best practices
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
