Senior Wordpress Developer

We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented WordPress Web Specialist. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building high-converting landing pages and maintaining, updating, and optimizing our ecosystem of global corporate websites. Because you will be collaborating closely with international teams and managing content that represents our brand worldwide, exceptional written and spoken English communication skills are a strict requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build & Optimize Landing Pages: Develop, test, and launch high-performing, mobile-responsive landing pages in WordPress to support global lead generation and paid media campaigns.
• Global Site Maintenance: Handle day-to-day updates across our portfolio of global websites, including content revisions, asset management, and structural updates using block editors and visual page builders.
• Ensure Technical Quality: Troubleshoot plugin conflicts, fix broken layouts, optimize page speed, and ensure strict visual consistency across different browsers and devices.
• SEO & Analytics Implementation: Implement basic on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, clean URL structures) and correctly embed tracking scripts (Google Analytics, tag managers, or CRM tracking pixels).
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with US-based marketing director and managers, designers, and regional stakeholders to translate campaign briefs into functional web experiences.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• WordPress Expertise: Proven experience managing WordPress sites, configuring plugins, and using modern page builders/block editors.
• Front-End Basics: Strong foundational knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 to make custom layout adjustments, fix spacing issues, and handle responsive styling.
• Design to Web Translation: Ability to take wireframes, mockups, or design files (e.g., Figma) and build them into pixel-perfect, functioning web pages.
• Basic SEO Knowledge: Understanding of technical site health, site speed optimization, and on-page SEO structures.
• Attention to Detail: An eye for visual alignment, font hierarchy, and consistent branding.

Communication & Behavioral Requirements:

• Advanced English Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You must be comfortable participating in live strategy syncs, explaining technical issues clearly, and documenting workflows.
• Autonomous Work Ethic: Highly organized and proactive. You can manage multiple ticket queues, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver projects on time in a remote work environment.
