Job Summary


We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator (Voice Process) to manage high volumes of documentation while actively engaging with end users over calls.


This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle complex documentation, and a structured approach to managing process requests efficiently. The ideal candidate should be comfortable balancing voice interactions with backend documentation tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Job Details & Compensation


  • Position: Recruitment Coordinator (Voice Process)
  • Experience: 1 – 3 Years
  • Salary: 3.25 – 3.5 LPA
  • Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (IST)
  • Joining: Immediate joiners preferred


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle and manage high volumes of documents with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain and update complex documentation as per process guidelines
  • Process requests and ensure timely completion within defined SLAs
  • Interact with end users via calls to resolve queries and provide updates
  • Ensure clear and professional communication with stakeholders
  • Maintain proper records and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Follow standard operating procedures and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth process flow


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in voice process / coordination / operations roles
  • Experience in handling documentation and process-related tasks
  • Comfortable working in a voice-based role with end-user interaction
