Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility & Administration resource to oversee the daily operations, facility management services, and administration functions for our Noida office. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership qualities, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operation of Mediatek Noida office
- Responsible for administration functions such as office management, travel, transport, hospitality (hotel/cafeteria), F&B, visa processing, event management, and handling VIP visits.
- Support and drive business-wide Facility Management (FM) initiatives, including contract renewals, cost reduction strategies, and contract management plans.
- Apply strong technical knowledge to manage mechanical and engineering office equipment and supervise labs/clean rooms.
- Evaluate and execute infrastructure and retrofit projects, including design reviews and validation of BOQs as part of construction and interior project management.
- Conduct project estimation, technical evaluation, scheduling, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Manage inventory of all consumables and analyze consumption trends to optimize costs.
- Ensure continuous adherence to local statutory requirements.
- Display strong leadership qualities and effectively coordinate with the cross functional teams on strategic initiatives.
Requirement
- Min. 6 years of total exp.
- Bachelors in facility or admin.
- Lab management and Project management experience is a plus.
