- Laboratory Operations Management
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Team Leadership & Human Resource Management
- Equipment & Infrastructure Management
- Business Development & Client Management
- Financial & Budget Management
- Regulatory & Standards Liaison
- Stay updated with evolving national and international testing standards (IEC, IS, ANSI, EN, IEEE, etc.).
- Liaise with regulatory authorities (BIS, NABL, etc.) for licensing and compliance matters.
- Ensure laboratory practices are aligned with updates to applicable product standards and testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in testing electrical/electronic products such as consumer appliances, power equipment, luminaires, cables, switchgear, or industrial electronics.
- Proven knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory management standards and accreditation processes.
