Inside Sales / Staffing Sales Executive (US Market)

Location: Noida

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (US Shift)

Experience: 3–6 Years


Role Overview

Hiring Inside Sales / Staffing Sales professionals with strong exposure to the US market, focused on cold calling and lead generation. The role requires proactive outreach, pipeline creation, and conversion into qualified opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume cold calling targeting US-based clients.
  • Drive end-to-end lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and outbound campaigns.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into business opportunities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: outreach → discovery → pitch → closure.
  • Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with recruitment/delivery teams for requirement fulfillment.
  • Track outreach metrics, conversions, and maintain CRM updates.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Staffing Sales / IT Services Sales (US market mandatory).
  • Strong hands-on experience in cold calling and outbound lead generation.
  • Clear understanding of US business communication and sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-activity, target-driven environment.


Preferred Attributes

  • Experience with MSP/VMS models.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, email automation tools.
  • Demonstrated consistency in achieving sales targets.
