Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end‑to‑end horticulture and soft landscape operations (lawns, gardens, trees, indoor plants)
• Plan seasonal plantation, pruning, lawn care, and soil nourishment activities
• Oversee irrigation systems and drive water conservation initiatives
• Lead gardeners and vendors; ensure statutory, safety, and PPE compliance
• Manage garden waste, composting, and sustainable landscaping practices
• Handle budgeting, reporting, procurement, AMC, and inventory for horticulture services

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, and sustainable landscaping
• Experience managing large corporate campuses or IT parks
• Vendor & manpower management, budgeting, and MIS reporting
• Good communication and team leadership skills

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscaping, or related field
• 5–10 years of relevant experience (corporate campus experience preferred)
