Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end‑to‑end horticulture and soft landscape operations (lawns, gardens, trees, indoor plants)
- Plan seasonal plantation, pruning, lawn care, and soil nourishment activities
- Oversee irrigation systems and drive water conservation initiatives
- Lead gardeners and vendors; ensure statutory, safety, and PPE compliance
- Manage garden waste, composting, and sustainable landscaping practices
- Handle budgeting, reporting, procurement, AMC, and inventory for horticulture services
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, and sustainable landscaping
- Experience managing large corporate campuses or IT parks
- Vendor & manpower management, budgeting, and MIS reporting
- Good communication and team leadership skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscaping, or related field
- 5–10 years of relevant experience (corporate campus experience preferred)
