Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute international business development strategies to drive growth in the US market.
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective lead generation, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, resolve issues, and improve overall performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in global sales or international business development in the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the US market dynamics including regulatory requirements and cultural nuances.
- Experience working with international clients or partners is highly desirable.
